Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Customs, VAT, and Import Charges (EU and Other International Orders)
For orders shipped to the European Union and other countries outside the United States, your local customs authority may collect VAT, import duties, and/or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your country and are not collected by us at checkout. We recommend checking your country's import tax rules before ordering, as unpaid customs charges may result in delivery delays or a refused package.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If it remains missing, contact us at ezlightsgroup@gmail.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Order Issues
If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at ezlightsgroup@gmail.com — we can update it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in transit.
