Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at ezlightsgroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover return shipping and will send a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ezlightsgroup@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, and any item returned used, damaged (other than due to our error), or missing original packaging, are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different variant (e.g., a different color or length), the fastest way is to return your original item (see above) and place a new order for the correct item.
